Business Analyst (Full time)

We are currently seeking a confident and client-dedicated Business Analyst to join our engaged team.

Major duties and responsibilities

Analysis and Solution Definition

Quickly understands business issues and process needs of client organizations and industries
Proficient at understanding core capabilities and limits of web-based program management system for construction delivered as enterprise SaaS
Proposes, reviews, and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed SaaS solution
Develops functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements
Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner
Works with client personnel to identify required changes
Communicates needed changes to development team

Project Execution

Manages client expectations effectively

Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules
Takes input from client and team stakeholders and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback
Delivers informative, well-organized presentations and facilitates team and client meetings
Understands the components of running a fiscally successful project

Required experience/skills

5+ years experience as a business analyst
Experience serving enterprise clients or working within an Enterprise environment is required.
Strong project facilitation and team leadership skills
Knowledge of construction industry an asset
Ability to quickly grasp the unique needs and business challenges of clients
Skill at developing relationships with clients that foster ties, including understanding how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
Desire to generates enthusiasm among team and facilitate effective team interaction amid fast-paced changing environment
Excellent organizational, time management and verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem solver - identifies and stewards resolution of critical issues with ease
Self motivated, organized and accountable
