Customer Service Specialist

As a Customer Service Specialist at Evoco Inc., you will have the exciting opportunity to work directly with our clients to provide them with the newest solutions and services available. You will work with our sales and development team to bring our clients incredible breakthroughs in automation and productivity.
We are looking for a person who is dynamic, engaging, hard working, reliable and able to provide first class customer service and training to the architectural and construction markets. This person is organized and a great communicator who loves to jump in and solve tough problems and delight our clients.
Experience and skills in the following areas are required:
- Effective communication skills
- Working with customers to trouble shoot and resolve problems.
- Knowledge of Web based computer solutions (asset Microsoft .NET, HTML, ASP or similar)
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Web Browser is essential.
- Experience with Computer Aided Design and Autocad is an asset.
- Writing documentation, manuals, presentations and educational material.
