Office Administrator (part time)

As our part time Office Administrator, you will assist the Office Manager to perform a variety of tasks including reception, office maintenance, Accounts Payable and Receivable, and payroll. We'll need you to be flexible and proactive, able to see all sides of logistical problems in order to solve them independently. The ideal candidate will be a go-to person to get things done around the office.

Major duties and responsibilities

  • Reception
  • Office maintenance and supply ordering
  • Accounts Receivable and Payable, Bookkeeping & Bank Reconciliation
  • Human Resources, including Payroll, Benefits Administration & general employee support and coordination
  • Events and office resource scheduling

Required experience/skills

  • 2-5 years' experience in office administration/finance  duties
  • Strong math, organization, and scheduling skills
  • Ability to adapt to many different roles and needs
  • Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills, verbal and written
  • Self motivated, organized and accountable
