Senior Project Manager

We are currently seeking a confident and influential Senior Project Manager to join our engaged team.
Major duties and responsibilities
- Delivery leader for product development and client implementations overall
- Responsible for the on-time, on-budget delivery of a successful Evoco Workspace Saas implementations
- Develop project plan and work with team on task identification, manage deadlines and coordinate project team activities
- Estimate project skill requirements, working with sales, development and client account teams to identify appropriate resources and priorities
- Define and agree on deliverables and milestones, setting and controlling scope, communicating status and vision to client, management and stakeholders
- Overall team management, including regular evaluations, budget and risk management
Required experience/skills
- 6+ years experience as a project manager overseeing enterprise software implementation
- Familiar with test-driven development and agile process
- Possess a deep understanding of web-based software and project implementation methodology
- Adept at working with stakeholders to communicate progress, vision and facilitate buy-in
- Require excellent oral/written communication, organization and teaming skills and the ability to develop strong relationship with client middle and executive management.
- Fortune 500 retailer/ construction industry knowledge an asset.
- Desire to generates enthusiasm among team and facilitate effective team interaction amid fast-paced changing environment
- Strong problem solver - identifies and stewards resolution of critical issues with confidence
- Self motivated, organized and accountable
