Web-based Software Developer (Full time)

We are currently seeking a confident and driven Software Developer to join our engaged team.
Major duties and responsibilities
- Enhance and customize robust client/server applications using object-oriented programming techniques to develop new and innovative solutions
- Assist in defining architecture requirements and establishing standards for design and development in order to promote high system performance, maintainability, extensibility, and compatibility with related systems
- Dedicated to seek an understanding of the client’s business requirements to translate these into successful technical solutions
Required experience/skills
- 5+ years experience developing web-based applications
- Track record delivering SaaS to enterprise clients
- Required experience with Microsoft technologies such as C#, ASP.Net/ASP, HTML, XML and SQL
- Familiar with test-driven development and agile methodology
- Strong project facilitation and team leadership skills
- Ability to quickly grasp the unique needs and business challenges of clients
- Desire to work in a dynamic team environment with changing priorities
- Excellent organizational, time management and verbal and written communication skills
- Self motivated, organized and accountable
