We are currently seeking a confident and driven Account Manager to join our engaged team.



Role description

·           The Account Manager will maintain relationships with existing customers, while learning their business inside and out.

·           The Account Manager will act as a voice for our clients within the company, and with intimate knowledge of the product offering, will determine new applications of the product to best benefit the clients represented.



Role responsibilities and skills

·           3+ years of demonstrated experience managing client expectations and identifying new opportunities with existing clients.

·           Strong ability in demonstrating and selling high-tech products and/or services to current C-Level clients.

·           Understanding of web-based technology and insight into enterprise software applications, with a solid understanding of software as a service.

·           Ability to deliver compelling web-based demos using web meeting software (Live Meeting, WebEx).

·           Strong relationship building skills along with the ability to continue growing and building client relationships.

·           Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

·           Superior financial and business acumen along with strong quantitative skills.

·           Experienced negotiation skills to assist the client in better understanding of Workspace and its tools.

·           Day-to-day client management experience.

·           Strong project management skills.

·           Extremely organized and highly motivated.

·           Excellent verbal/written communication skills.



Candidates must have a strong and provable track record of over achievement against target.  The successful candidate will be required to travel 25% of the time.
