International Account Manager

We are currently seeking a confident and driven International Account Manager to join our engaged team.

Role Description

The International Account Manager will act as a voice for our international clients within the company and with intimate knowledge of the product offering, will determine new applications of the product to best benefit the clients represented.

  • Manage and maintain relationships with several existing international clients while learning their businesses inside and out.
  • Develop and implement an account management strategy and plan for each client.
  • Apply solution selling methodology to seek opportunities within existing international accounts.
  • Define the high level solutions requirements with international clients and the assistance of the Evoco team.
  • Prepare and present proposals to international clients.
  • Conduct demonstrations and deliver training and presentations, both in English and Spanish.
  • Act as a key contact for problem escalation and communication of international clients’ needs within Evoco.
  • Monitor any complaints and ensure resolution.

Role Responsibilities and Skills

  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience managing client expectations and identifying new opportunities with existing clients
  • Strong ability in demonstrating and selling high-tech products and/or services to current C-Level clients
  • Understanding of web-based technology and insight into enterprise software applications, with a solid understanding of software as a service
  • Ability to deliver compelling web-based demos using web meeting software (GoToMeeting, WebEx)
  • Strong relationship building skills along with the ability to continue growing and building client relationships
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Superior financial and business acumen along with strong quantitative skills
  • Experienced negotiation skills to assist the client in better understanding of Evoco products
  • Day-to-day client management experience
  • Strong project management skills an advantage
  • Extremely organized and highly motivated
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills both in English and a second language, preferably Spanish or Mandarin Chinese
  • Fluency in Portuguese would also be an advantage

Candidates must have a strong and provable track record of over achievement against target.  The successful candidate will be required to travel 25% of the time.
